For a few months now I've had Charlie. We've got into a nice little routine where the Y/O feeds him and gives him his haynet in the morning, I get up at 3pm after school and ride straight away. Then he goes out for two or three hours with another horse. By this time he wants in desperately!
But while the beast was colicing and I was up at all hours with him I noticed that two or three owners came up before work to muck their horses out.
am I being mean leaving him in his stable un mucked out through the day? He has a big straw bed in a largeish stable.
And please no suggestions about him going out in the day, not allowed at the yard yet
