Am i crazy?, 100 miles for Willberry.

For some reason i have in my head to do a 100 mile something in aid of Willberry. However all the cycles i have looked at so far have a chosen charity. Is there an organised event where you can choose who you raise money for? Also im only 14 (15 tomorrow) is there an age limit?

Shame you missed the general entry for the velo Birmingham, you could have chosen any charity (or none at all). My husband is doing it for Mind as he saved someone's life last year who'd poured accelerant on themselves and set alight to it. You can still enter I think but only for a few chosen charities

Classic Tours is a company that organises charity challenges. They have different types of challenge including cycling and walking. Many are for specific charities, but some are open challenges where you can nominate your own charity.
Their events are well-organised and they are in many countries. I'm not sure if they have a lower age limit.

Good for you, OP. I have, in the distant past (!), done similar in aid of the RDA.

Darbs on here is an experienced cyclist, you could ask him for ideas. Other than that, organised 'sportif' cycle events are big business, they take place all over the UK. You pay an entry fee (not sure how much) and then follow a way marked route at your own speed but with support and back up. There are some 100 milers. You'd need to organise your own sponsorship, I don't think that most sportif riders are sponsored.
