I have Lord advertised on several sites and have had numerous views on his ads but no one has contacted me yet

would someone be kind enough to look over my add for me please?

will put description on here,
Lord is a 17hh bubbly young warmblood (in his 5th year) with FANTASTIC breeding (including puissance champion szaser, furioso) he has fantastic paces and has a huge amount of scope too. Lord has established all his basic flatwork although he is green he works in a beautifull relaxed outline, he has a good natural jump and doesn't get strong or silly into a fence, will jump fillers, water, couloured poles etc. Lord has been hacked out alone and in company and has seen traffic including double decker buses, motorbikes, vans etc. He is a very affectionate chap and will follow you about in the field all day.

Lord is only for sale due to the fact I do not have the time to produce him due to work commitments.

Please bare in mind that Lord is green and therefore NOT suitable for a novice or inexperienced rider. He has so much talent too offer to the right person, he could go on to showjump / dressage or event, please no timewasters, novices or joyriders as this is a heartbreaking sale of a stunning young gent. More photos can be emailed.

Sale includes some rugs / tack. Open to offers!! I just want a good home for this lovely horse.

I'd put up a price, or at least an indication. Personally if I look at ads and there's no price or idea or price range, I won't enquire...it just puts me off completely.

I would guess its the price- he does sound lovely but these days, people are not willing to part with £5500 on a horse that is green, not suitable for a novice, has no competition history at all etc etc etc...(not saying I necessarily agree but that seems to be how the market is at the moment). People just aren't willing to pay bucks for potential or good breeding...

Hope I haven't offended, not my intention, just how I see the market at the moment.
Personally I would drop the price and take out the open to offers bit....

I think your photos could be better, the jumping one is fab, but try to get a nice flat work picture and a good conformation shot.

I think your ad could read a bit better, it isn't bad but you could sell him more and make it an easier read.

In his fifth year is a slightly unclear way of stating his age, I guess you mean that he turns five this spring/summer, but it could be interpreted to mean he is four.

Whereabouts are you, I'm looking for a horse at the moment, he's a bit over my budget but if you are open to offers.....
