Dear all,
To cut a long story short, had a horse who hurt herself badly, needed 2 years off in the end. Bought new horse to ride while she recuperated, but realistically thinking she would be a paddock ornament, and I would keep her as a companion. She has now come sound.
He was a pain to begin with, have now got him hacking out on his own, and he's fab! Trouble is, I work all the hours god sends and barely have time for one horse, never mind two. I have grudgingly decided to sell him as he has a lot to give, and I could never sell her. At the minute though, he gets all my time and effort and she barely gets a look in.
Am I doing the right thing??
