Just added a few extra dates to calendar and was wondering if should reconsider feed regime.

Pony is a good doer and fit. I just want to check im not taking advantage of the fact she is a good doer and will 'go all day' by not giving her enough.

shes 13.1, roughly 355-360kgs - this weight holds pretty much even if her condition changes as she is 'all belly' , feed doesnt seem to affect her weight too much - its grass that does.

She has 1 day off a week, and schools or hacks 6 days, competes most weeks.

she is out on average qual grass all day and in at night to 1-2 sects of hay depending on size. when she changes to good qual grass she will wear a muzzle as its very rich and she will ballon. She is fed twice daily 1 stubbs scoop Dengie healthy hooves plus supplements vit/mins etc.
been going ok on that so far, done few days drag etc. but have the following planned so upping the game a bit.
any suggestions appreciated - not sure whether to slowly increase a bit now or see how we get on - im of the school of thought if it 'aint broke dont fix it, just want to get some opinions.

I would say she is working reasonably hard and with that many outings she may need more than what you are currently feeding. Because it is hard to measure the amount of extra feed value from grass you could carry on with the same routine but introduce something like unmollassed sugar beet with your healthy hooves. This will provide more energy but from fibre, so safer than cereals. It will also help with hydration, especially with lots of travelling and fast work.
Another option would be to feed alfalfa with the healthy hooves. Basically this would mean HH is your base diet and you can add alfalfa or sugar beet for more energy, as required by her increasing workload.
The third option would be as you suggest, gradually increase what you are currently feeding as her work increases. You may find however that to provide sufficient energy for training towards a three day event that the meal sizes are getting too big. You may then need to consider adding a higher energy feed such as those suggested.
