I'll be there, so if you need some help or want someone to pop Ellie over a jump or something first, i'll be glad to help. If it's any consulation (sp) i'm going to try and take Karen's horse there to jump, and have never sat on it before and he's like a bucking bronco so i think it might be you that has to pick me up from the ground.

Also, sorry to butt this into your thread but i don't know whether you or anyone else might be able to help me for the pussiance class as i might have both in it and i need soneone to hold as there won't be enough time to keep putting them in and out of the box.

I would go to the show and take your jumping gear 'just in case' lol.
Tell yourself your just going to ride round in your jumping gear and see how you feel, its ment to be fun so no pressure. Then if you feel OK. tell yourself your just going to pop over a warm up cross pole and thats it!
Then if thats OK and it made you smile, pop a few more in the warm up. The you can decide to leave it there if you want or If that felt really fun, tell yourself your going to do the class but your only going to jump the first fence.
Go in and jump the first fence, and then maybe the second.... and the third... by which point you'll have a huge grin on your face and you'll fly round the rest of the course and finish feeling great!!

One step at a time, no pressure, its meant to be fun and you can stop anytime you like!

Thats what I tell myself when I go jumping (coz im a complete wimp that loves jumping)
