hi i am riding a 14.3hh standard bred gelding who is 4 yrs old
and i am 5ft7 and 13 years old .....am i to tall

i know i am not to heavy so just hieght wise

I would that no you are not too tall. My daughter who is 5ft 10" has a 14.2hh pony, but her pony is a cob and quite wide which takes up my daughter's long legs so they suit each other.

Oh and I meant to say I am 5ft 8" and I have just bought myself a Dales youngster who will make no more than 14.2hh - 14.3hh

Lol I had never clocked his height but I actually am comparatively shorter on my pony than he is on his horse so it must be ok then
