Aww gorgeous! My little girl loves riding my 15hh Connie - thankfully he saves all the hi-jinks for me 🤣 we have the Shires Moretta boots, they are really smart. I have not found suitable stirrup irons that weren’t about £40+!

I'll have a look through the boots at our RDA tack shop tomorrow morning. I know we had some tiny ones in, not sure if they've gone. That's if you don't mind secondhand?
Oh that would be wonderful thankyou

Cobbus is a 13.2hh welsh C.
She is a very lucky girl, not many get to say they learnt to ride on a RIHS winner
She'll need a pony of her own soon!!
I wish i could afford 2 on livery.
Unfortunately she will have to make do with cobbus until his days are over (he is 22 already)

I had a lovely Welsh C mare. She made it to 32! So probably a good few years (fingers crossed) left for the beautiful Cobbus.

Unfortunately i think his back legs will stop him getting to that sort of age.
He has damaged his hind suspensory branches and isn’t fully sound despite a lot of vet interventions, rest etc.

Working him has to be done very carefully so managing his weight has become challenging.
He prats about in the field like a loon which doesnt help.

But he is sound enough that the vet has encouraged walk hacks and 10 mins with a dot like Ellie on him in walk and trot is not going to hurt anything.

Am really sorry I think someone has either sold most of the kids boots or stashed them in the container that I don't have a key for. I found short boots size 2 and Aigle long boots size 12/30 - both I am assuming waaaay too big at the moment. We have kids jods/show jackets etc too, can have a rummage if you ever need any.

Thankyou for looking but they would be huge at the moment.

@conniegirl I have some very small peacock stirrups (3.75ins) you can have, plus small stirrups leathers. My grandchildren have outgrown them and we don’t have any ponies at the moment..
