Am I too heavy for my horse?

P+M I can't believe you aren't wearing a hat! ;)
My bad. My excuse is I wasn't planning on riding. He was being a little ****** to bring in, standing on back legs, barging etc so I thought right you sod, if you have that much energy then you can do some work on the way in and just hopped on.

Thankyou. It wasn't always thus. I've had 52 years to practice and some very good but also challenging horses to ride. Lucky I guess to have ridden a huge number of horses over the years which really helps. Still more room for improvement though than I have years left in the saddle :(
