i have had my new horse for a week now, we are schooling exceptionally well and jumping, the lot and shes fine, shes very happy and relaxed around the yard and i have walked her in hand where we would go hacking BUT...
the minute i try to ride her out of the word she starts spinning back and then stopping and being very silly. i am not inexperienced and this doesnt exactly worry me, i have resorted to walking her in hand off the yard for now and getting on off the yard. she will then walk away fine but once again stop and starting spinning round.
i have tried keeping her going round in these circles so she isnt just getting away with it and oing home and i have tried standing and waiting but it also doesnt work? what worries me is that she goes very light on her front end and feels like she is going to rear, and nothing i do moves her back end to stop this feeling? i act cool and calm on her and talk reassuringly to her and rub her neck when she stands quietly and takes a few steps forward but she then starts again??
does anybody know what i can do to stop this or am i just worrying too much??
