I have someone exercise mine in the week. Was 110% truthful. I don't expect her to ride them or do anything on them that I would not be prepared to do myself. Sadly others are not as truthful, pretty bad as my person is self employed ( ok insured too but that's not the point) horses are dangerous and can cause injuries. Bring up front is only fair.

I would be annoyed BUT horse riding carries and inherrient risk and you didnt know the horse when you sat on him. Unfortunately just an accident. Did you ask if he had any issues?

Sorry but totally disagree, if you know youve got an arse of a horse that broncs like a beatch and has decked numerous people, you forewarn anyone you ask to go on top, id be ripping mad and she'd be left in no uncertain knowledge of this fact what a stupid thing to put someone at risk like that.
