I just randomly clicked on this whilst on my youtube homepage and was genuinely astonished! I'd always (wrongly) thought of Clydesdales being rather large and just not the usual thought of thing I'd watch, but now am a bit hooked. 10 minutes is quite a while for a youtube video, but this one makes every second worth watching:D Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did, am now going to go back to youtube and search for some more Clydesdales videos!:)

P.s. Not quite sure by what it meant by the whole 'Journey to the Super Bowl', anyone care to enlighten me!?:)

Yes, although I think some of them have been on TV here as well. They did a 9/11 tribute one too, which could have been too sentimental, but wasn't.

I have just bought a half clyde mare (other half RID). Only had her 5 months and she is 6 yr old. She is the most intelligent horse I have ever had or met in 40 years.

She knows the way home on our rides even though she has never been on the route before, more homing pidgeon than horse ! if I stop to chat anywhere on the ride the next time we do that route she stops at the same property again.

She talks non stop, mumbling and grunting under her breath. I feel like she is telling me off all the time. No door is safe, her diy skills are impressive and woe betide any equipment left within her reach. I think she will be a lovely horse in time as long as she thinks everything is her idea !

I love these Clydesdales :)

I sadly lost my Clyde x Welsh mare suddenly in may last year:(
. She was one of the best horses I ever owned and gave me 8 wonderful years.

She also was a character and would chat away to me and sometimes even shout at me lol;)
She was a minx but was also the love of my life, my best friend and my rock. I miss her loads

I have a new lad now who again is part Clyde and proving also to be a character and (even if he is male) seems to be very clever.

Both my mare and my new lad have the typical Clyde markings x x

Journey to the Super Bowl is one of my most favourite horse videos. To see the horses performing moves one associates with dogs is breathtaking. When the two large groups of horses move onto their respective boards facing each other without a headcollar or lead rope in sight, it defies belief. And what a piaffe!!!

Many of the Clydes are actually Shires. As long as they are bay or bright bay with four whites and a blaze, and are 18h or more, they qualify as Clydes to the rest of the world.

The Super Bowl is the most important American football game of the year (I believe it's coming up the end of January, beginning of February). The viewing audience is monumental in size. There are dozens of commercials, each company trying to outdo the other, particularly in the comedic genre. Budweiser has always presented very memorable adverts. Quite a few years ago, their frog and lizard ads were very amusing. But, their Clydesdale commercials appear to be the most loved. All the moves the trainer was working on in the Journey video are ones you'll see in the different Clyde adverts.

I love the Bud Clydesdales. My favourite ever was the one where the donkey wanted to be a Clydesdale. Or the one with the youngsters in the snow. Or the.....

they are all superb.:D

OP, that was a good video though showing all the training involved!
