Hi all

Not often you get good custormer service these days so had to let you all know my tale.

I purchased a Kent and Master cob GP saddle two weeks ago and sadly must have bought one of the saddle made with the faulty leather everyone has been taking about.

I only rode in the saddle a handful of times and the leather on the saddle flaps started to peel off.

I range Kent and Master direct and explained I the situation. They appologised and told me the saddle would be picked up the next day and returend either fixed or replaced within 3 days.

Promptly the saddle was collected Tracy from Kent and Masters rang me to tell me the saddle had arrived and due to the saddle being so bad they would be sending me back a new saddle. Within three days the new saddle turned up.

Fab service Kent and Masters there are some good guys out there.
