Depends on how much pressure you want to put on. You will need to have an independent seat to use that type of bit without causing pain. It is normally used without and you would need to put the hooks on yourself if you wanted to aid a chain. I suppose you could thread a flash strap across the back of the jaw if you wanted to get extra leverage.
