Sorry for false alarm, just found this statement from ILPH
"I can confirm that currently, none of the horses are going anywhere following Judge Kainth's decision to suspend his original ruling. In fact there was a court hearing yesterday about this resulting in an adjournment until mid-May. It is possible that Mr Gray is selling other horses acquired since the rescue in January as he is currently under no legal restraint from conducting his normal business. This does exclude the 111 horses currently in care. We still do not know whether these 111 will remain in care until the actual trial; this depends on the High Court appeal being brought by RSPCA to completely overturn Judge Kainth's original decision. It is thought that this appeal is unlikely to be heard until later in the year which could coincide with the timing of the trial".
I think from what I saw on the other post someone had called the auctioneers and been told they were to be there. So, yes, probably a way to up the prices! How callous!
