Amigo bravo rug sizing?

Looking for a good quality light weight Turnout, can’t stretch to a rambo sadly and not finding any second hand bargains
So I’m going to go for the Bravo plus. Problem being sizes
Horse has a Amigo Mio 6’ which fits perfectly.
A amigo medium weight 6’ which is a bit big
Rambo duo 5’9 which is ok.
Rambo 6’ Stable which is perfect

As you can see I’m a little confused by the sizing!
Do Bravo’s come up bigger or smaller? I’m going to order online because I can’t find a local stockist at a reasonable price

Bravos are a really good fit around the neck and chest for a large native or cob type but they don't have leg gussets so are restrictive. They come up very short in length too perhaps because they don't have leg gussets. The quality of the stitching isn't all that either but they are extremely reliably waterproof. These were the only rugs on the market that would fit my Dales after Fal, who would cut a rug with an extra large neck, disappeared and Rambo stopped making the XL. I wouldn't have bought another if I had a choice because they were not very robust and kind of restrictive.

I find on mine the amigos come up smaller than the Rambo's. However I have 2 amigos, a bravo and a hero of the same size and one is significantly smaller than the other especially round the neck when you lie them on top of each other so who knows ! The newer amigo is the smaller of the two. I now buy a size up in amigos to what they wear in Rambo's but that may be to do with the horses build and the style of the two different rugs

I just dont understand why sizes very so much even within brands! surely 6'3 is 6'3 or whatever.

I have just purchased an Amigo Hero from Kramer in France. The sizing is totally different, no problem?? I have 3 Hero rugs for summer and measured one. The rug which arrived should have been 6' it is actually a 6'6" so I won't buy again from them. I don't have the time to go to a PO to send it back.
