do these rugs come iwth loops to attached a neck cover to?

I don't think mine has the loops. Her medium weight does though.

thanks, really need to know about the light weight as the amigo is £10 more than the shires rug I've got my eye on but if the amigo has neck loops, I'll get that.

Yes, it does, but square ones if you get my meaning!
I am very impressed with the Amigo, I also own a shires lightweight and is not a patch on the Amigo.

Yes, my Amigo LW has the loops for the cover.
