Anyone use these? thinking of getting my boy all red set stable/summer and winter rugs, hes high withered anyone else use them on high withered horse?
 
i use them on my very high wither mare, if i could member how to put a picture in i would show you. she usually takes 5'9 but could have worn 6'0. although her bug rug is 5'9. i know my friend at yard uses amigo lightweight on her 16.3 very very high wither horse and it fits fine, they both r red and both lightweight. great rugs. if u can afford it go up the denier thou or just buy 2 cos they do leak a bit in torrenital rain
 
I do and mine has fairly pointy withers, i do have nearly a full set for him, bought from hoys, stable rugs, and cybercheckout for most of the turnouts.
I love them to bits and as EJ said they are cheap
 
They are good for the money they cost, have used them on high withered and chunkys and they seem to fit both. I had a LW and it did leak a bit so i got the lincoln reproofer that you paint on, and havent had any problems, cost about £7 and took 10 mins.
 
Very good rugs, my grey mare has the red stable rug and summer lite weight turnout, just going thro its second summer, washed and re-proofed up like new and not leaked. She does have high withers and its fine.
 
brilliant because i want them whole red set! so stupid for colour co ordinating my boy but he really really suits red! now to steal OH card whahahhaha
 
I've got a lightweight turnout for my chap who has the shoulders of an all-in wrestler, and TBH I find it a tight fit. He is a bit porky ATM, but he's (15.2 if you believe the stick, 16.1 if you know him!) and he's in a 6ft 9 - I would have gone up to a 7ft, but was in a rush... so when I go rug hunting for winter, i'll be looking for rugs with the shoulder darts..
 
i had slumber down heavy weight for my highland x conn years ago was brilliant but i just like the amigo rugs remends me i must sell that slumberdown rug on ebay

I got the red cotton sheet for mine this summer to wear in the stableo on a coupe of occasions he's needed to be in prior to a comp. So far so good. It looks smart and fits well. It slips back a little on him I guess but then all rugs slip on him a little. Good value for money and I like the way Horseware rugs fasten.
