Hi all...
Just wondered if anyone had bought from Amira Equi before? We ordered a show jacket at the beginning of August, and were told it would take four weeks to arrive.
Nothing came, so we rang and e-mailed over and over again - I finally got hold of someone at the end of October, and he said he would investigate. We heard nothing back.
Eventually after even more e-mails and phone calls, and no answer to any of them, I called trading standards. Miraculously, the jacket turned up 3 days later, but still over 2 1/2 months late. Their customer service is apalling, and I would warn anyone who was thinking of buying from them, but would also be interested to hear if anyone else had used them?
