Just been watching people's videos of their nice and controlled horses - so I thought I would show you all a video of the pony I learnt to jump on 
. My beautiful (and crazy) pure bred arab, Miska.
It is a round followed by the jump off (we went the same speed)

(please forgive my position, it is truly appauling! I think all my concentration went to steering and staying on - eek!)
I was probably about 14 years old and at the time she was the only horse I had ever jumped. Due to Miska I now have a huge problem at putting any leg on a horse while jumping - i'm working on it! She would have exploded if I had. lol
Despite it, she was an amazing jumper. She was sixteen when we got her and I don't think I had a chance of changing her. In the eight years I competed her, we never won, despite going double clear in most competitions (we were always in the rosettes, just never 1st). Our problem was that we couldn't turn quick enough after the jump!
And also a picture, so that you can see a 'still' of her:
We still have Miska, though at 25 she is now retired. She now enjoys a life of bossing everyone about.
