For two days in a row this week, in the morning the automatic water trough in the horse barn was overflowing as the floating valve bit that cuts it off had come off. To get to it you have to take the metal cover off which was lying at the bottom of the trough.
So people waited and watched... turns out Treena (7 months old) was lifting the metal cover off, unscrewing the valve bit with her teeth (which takes quite a bit of effort!), throwing that to the side and playing with the water as it overflowed. HOW she worked that out I don't know but the cover is now screwed into the base.
I dread to think what will be next, she's certainly a character and a bit too intelligent for her own good lol!
