Some of you might remember me :)

In March 2012 I gave up horses completely after my confidence hit an all time low and weight hit an all time high of 19stone. In May 2012 I woke up one day and thought to myself 'I can't do this anymore' and decided to do something about it... I joined a gym in June and start Personal Training in July to get the weight off. So 7 months down the line I am now down to 15 1/2 stone and I got back in the saddle on a friends 15.2hh Friesian X Cob 6yr old gelding. I still have another 4 1/2 stone that I want to shift but that feeling I am getting there is nothing short of amazing. I have been riding Midnight 3 or 4 times a week and I am hoping to buy him in the next few months I just want to make sure everything is right this time and my friend who owns him is in no rush to sell him. So here is a couple of pics....

Well done SG and what a good result. Such determination. Best of luck for the future.

BTW, initially I quickly read the title as 'an awful smelly adventure...' so that made me smile too.
