Last nite took both horses to our little RC showjumping show. It was brilliant, not busy... only jumping small high but after smooth clear round stuff. Warmed up little one, a bit green and so therefore can be scary and WTF he put a dirty stop over cross pole???, so got a reminder behind leg, what my legs is for ......light the blue touch paper............ WOOSH!!!!!!!!!
Went in arena and he flew round at ninety miles an hour, full of hand brake turns with flying changes, A total loon........ but clear and then one down in jump off ended up 2nd

Then when up to next high still an absolute rave'in loon, but will jump from an angle etc......... if i can sort my steering out i might really think about takin him BSJA... really starting to believe in his target system.............
Other one (grumpy) was ridden by my helper, after two indifferent rounds, she rode a brilliant last round and end up in total a 2nd and 3rd from her evening which was good.......
Load ggs and drove home, boys were very quiet mm... me thinking cos the're knacked, got them unload and big one was unsteady and looked like he need wee, BUT NO

he wanted to ROLL, OMG - COLIC!!! got helper to walk him around and i phoned vet. Within 15mins had vet and confirm, that, yeah colic not bad case but needed drugs and should settle etc.... After about an hour drugs weren't doing job and gg become very painfull again so therefore had to have vet back out, more drugs and sedation, plus gg was rear examined.......... was give option to go to vets to be monitored or to stay at home and for me to do and if got any worst to phone and rush into vets. Luckly for me two hours later gg was settled and calm enough to be left and me to go home for some food........... at 1.30am. Back to yard at 6.00am and you would of never known what had happen last night, gg looking perky and happy. Greeted me with a wee and a poo - that's my boy
