i was thinking (dangerous i know) i wonder how many of use can tell the difference between male and female horses from just there heads. so i figured i would post 6 photos of horses of all different ages and see how many of you can get them right. i will let you know when enough people answer.

i don't think i can at all... some mares have girlie faces, but i've had 2 who looked very blokey. had a girlie-looking gelding once too!

i'd actually put money on only 1 of those though!

horse 2 was a 20yrish welsh b (we think no papers) gelding
horse 3 was a 2yr old welsh a gelding
horse 4 was a 10yr old welshX gelding
horse 5 was a 16yr old TB gelding
horse 6 was a 8yr old TB mare
