Some of you may remember a thread on here started by ameeyal a few weeks ago about a puppy being returned to her.

Well, I would like to say a HUGE thank you to ameeyal for allowing me and my family to re-home the puppy in question.

I would also like to thank CaveCanem for pointing out the thread and pm'ing me the link.

I am pleased to say that we made the 250 mile round trip yesterday without any major hic-cups, so would like to now introduce you all to Abbie. The newest member of our family.

She is absolutely gorgeous and already coming out of her shell, as you can see from her playing catch with one of her toys.

She has made our family complete again. She is going to be very loved.

Hi!

What a gorgeous girl she is - what's her name? Nice outcome for all of you :) Don't think you'll be feeling much heat from that lovely fire though - there appears to be a big black bear hogging it! :D

Thanks guys.

She is just perfect.

She is loving and cuddly, plays puppy games with the kids, but isnt too boisterous as to knock the kids over. They love her already. We all do.

We have had no accidents in the house at all, was perfect with the horses today and was sooo well behaved when we took her doggie shopping. She is our little superstar.

The kids still cant believe she's our to keep and I told my daughter today that if she lives as long as my last GSD did, (14 years) she will be 21 years old!!!! Now that is a scary thought. lol.

Can i also thank cavecanam for letting suzyquet know i had a puppy returned, she is a very sweet dog, she has never been on her own before, always having other dogs around her, which has made her reliant on other dogs, on her own she lacks confidence, i told sue it would take a few weeks for her to settle in, and come out of her shell, but after 24 hours she is coming out of her shell, it will be the making of her having one to one with people, its made me so happy that she has a lovely home.
