An on-line saddlery recommendation

Yesterday I ordered several items on next day from Stoneybrook Saddlery. About an hour I'd placed my order someone rang me to say one of the items I'd order wasn't in stock but they'd phoned the manufacturer and arranged for one to be sent out directly to me at no extra cost. Today all my items have arrived!
They were very pleasant and helpful and I would recommend them as many of the other retailers I've dealt with have been no where near as good and haven't kept to delivery dates or informed me when items have been out of stock or have charged more postage etc...

Thanks for the recommendation, it's always nice to hear a postive about saddlers

I had a fab experince with discount saddler .com or Hey's Saddlery (they seem to have two names!) last week. Great staff, went and physically checked stock for me, posted on the Friday even though it was about 1 in the afternoon that I called and the package arrive on Monday morning before 9! Plus they were cheeper than any other place I looked

Good at least some (cough cough DH) online retailers are any good. Saying that, I always find Frogpool Manor very helpful.

Frogpool Manor are the only other on-line saddlery I'd recommend and I've used most of them.

I've used frogpool manor once they let me order a hackamore that they did not carry as 'normal trading stock' and it took 6 weeks to get it

was very disappointed, they let me know about 3 days after ordering and I told them they should have marked in their website that it would take weeks for delivery.

Used Frogpool Manor for the first time this week and very pleased with service. I would also recommend Old Dairy Saddlery.
