Pidge, I cannot tell you how I feel. I am incredibly nervous about getting on her in 2 weeks, not because of how she will react but I am paranoid about the scar
Leahurst's discharge notes said she would not be ridden until 16th Feb (that's how I worked it out), but Peter has assured me she will be absolutely fine, has checked and rechecked the area for me yesterday while I was there, and said it would be better her being walked with me on her than throwing herself around a 50ft field, rolling, leaping etc etc etc
Realisitically, I cannot sedate her for 8 weeks for the turnout... and to be out on her own all day in a field she would certainly need it, especially if she hears/sees anything!
