Anal juice - diet change - help!

For the second time today Roly has arse-juiced on me!! This has got to stop! The last time we took him to the vets she mentioned changing his diet, so I'm now looking at doing so.

What kind of high fibre diets can I consider? They have always been on JWB or Burns.

I'm guessing the raw diet shall be mentioned. My pup used to have issues with this until he went onto skinners but guessing it's not much different to jwb. As far as I'm aware you need to make his poo's harder

Chuck him a bone/feed him raw a couple of times a week.
Fibre for a dog, as has been mentioned on here before, would be bone, feather, fur etc.

Make the main part of the diet chook carcases or wings..raw of course..and the problem will be gone.

Yeah, mine had constantly leaking/infected glands until i added a percentage raw bones to his diet, and upped the protein level in his feed.

any time betty is loose i tend to worm her, and giver her a raw bone... *****s a brick the next day!

could your dog need wormed? also could just have eaten something rancid, and have an upset tummy.

if worming and or raw bone doesnt help by the next day then i would fast for the day, or at most give bland chicken and rice and see how it goes.
