I have booked my first lesson for this coming saturday I am really really looking forward to it too, this week since I have been bringing Finn in at night to get back into a routine we have bonded much more, he is the sweetest boy we have had a couple of good rides too together my nerves are dwindling away more and more everyday.

We have more cuddles now he's getting better with the nipping thing.

Was super proud of him the other evening I was bringing him in past a digger and a lawn mower whilst it was going, didn't batter an eyelid geese were being noisy too ha ha, so what an angel :D

I then tacked up and went into school where we had a tractor in next field cutting the hedges down making lots of noise coming close to school he was looking but yep again nothing from him he really is great with large machinery I was so super happy he schooled really well too for me, his character is coming out more he's cheeky :D :D :D :D so I came away feeling on top of the world.

I shall ask hubby to come and take some pics of us Im so excited :D :D :D

Pointless post but I am soo happy right now and feel I am actually getting over my damn stupid nerves.

It's not a pointless post, you've had a glitch with your nerves & you seem to be turning the corner with your horse & things are going well & you want to let people know. You've taken him past some potentially spooky things & he's been steady. Now you've booked your first lesson & are rightly excited about it. Good for you, keep with it. You are enjoying your horse & that's the way it should be. :)
