we trawl around in mud in the winter slipping on our arses getting them in from the field !!
get soaked and look like a drowned rat also in witer !!
use twine to hold clothes together lol

Go to the hairdressers once a year while the horse is always clipped and trimmed. My legs are hairier then his muzzle! Spend more on his shoes then I do mine - very posh hmm!

Hmmn and the tide mark of mud, wee and poo round the hem of my jeans, mixed with water where I've tried to clean my boots and missed. Must be very impressive when I rush into the supermarket looking for the cheapest carrots I can find.......

Why is it that I would love to spend all day at Your Horse Live shopping yet I hate going into town to shop for myself??!
 
It's the perpetual and unmoveable dirt under the fingernails that gets me! The looks I get at the till in Tescos...! And I bought a new 4WD to help carry haylage and feed etc. That lovely new car smell is now an old haylage smell which, when the heater has been on for a bit, smells like vomit imo! I'm dreading taking it back for it's 1yr service as by then it will look and smell like a barn on wheels.
 
The decorative effect of tack and boots in the kitchen, 'cos they get cleaned more than the house. ( I was told the other day that there are some houses where the dresser drawer handles don't double as bridle hooks, but I'm not sure I believe it)
 
My mother can't believe I spend more time on the stables than the house. Mind you when the dog packs her suitcase and heads for the door I give a quick whip round with the hoover. lol.
 
I have quite a senior job and had it pointed out to me in a meeting, that I had straw in my hair! so posh I am most def not!

I ALWAYS seem to carry my horses bedding around with me.its gross really but thats the way it works.
Also my car! Dont even get me started- the only people that will even think about getting in it are other horsey people.
I reckon I have an extra tack room in my car at all times.

Whenever people say I must be posh as I have a horse- I always laugh!! They just dont get it.

my car is disgusting.....my wing mirror is falling off and my whole car is covered in mud. inside i have a mane comb, with mane in it, a poly pad with white grease on the underside of it and a mane rake. there is mud and straw inside it as well where my feet go. my windscreen is a brown colour except where my windscreen wipers are.

i got my hair cut the other week for the first time since april............havent bought any decent clothes since about then too! wear all the same crap i always do yet Frankie gets a new rug/numnah/boots etc etc nearly every month!

last week i had a riding lesson.......it cost £27 but now i have NOTHING left until next Thursday, and am having to eat toast and cereal for a week because i have no money for food, and no food in the house!

My car is disgusting. It's a sports car on the outside & a 4x4 on the inside! Feed, stray, hay, poop, headcollars, dirty numnahs, you name it! Oh and please do not get me started on my house arrgghhh!!! And I am sure that I constantly smell of horse no matter that I shower twice a day!
