And yet more benefit fraud from arabian horse breeders

She's not the first Arabian horse breeder to be caught fraudulently claiming. Couple of years ago a really big breeder and AHS judge were found guilty of claiming disability. He and his wife claimed they were unable to walk unaided most of the time despite standing for hours on end when judging and being filmed mucking out and carrying water buckets.
Can't remember name but they were really big cheeses in the Arabian world.

I remember them well as they are still going around the major arabian horse circuit! Nick and Mair Arnold of Blackbridge Arabian Stud.

Whoops, someone got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. I did chuckle at the 20 room 'mansion', and the 'thoroughbred arabians' though. Good ol' daily fail.

It was reported in the Telegraph as thoroughbred arabian horses too. I wonder why a lot of people make that mistake.....

There are pictures of some of her horses on her FB account - its still active because I've just looked at it.

Ah yes, the Arnolds, that's right.

What baffles me is I am being constantly told how hard it is to get benefits these days, you have to jump through hoops to prove you're genuine and be assessed and then probably not get it as you don't fulfill criteria, yet here we have two separate cases of blatant fraud by people brazenly living a very nice life for years and years barely trying to hide it,who were only brought to justice because someone reported them. Sounds to me like the system is very easily fiddled, and it's high time claimants were thoroughly checked.
