Andrew Gilham website?

am wanting to find out if i can use a photo taken by Andrew Gilham in an advert, but I can't find his website. I'm sure he used to have one?!

Oh thats a pain!! Guess I need to find his number and ring, was hoping his site might say something about copyright, as one of the other photographers i contacted said no fee or whatever unless for public/commericial use but daren't risk it without asking first!!
