Angular ligament slightly floppy

According to physio. What would you do? Physio is also a vet and has said keep an eye on it. Surely it will deteriorate? Can they just stay the same? Horse is slim fit in work and 17. Not mine so just trying to fact find a little.no lameness no heat.

Never heard of that before but I would imagine the ligament and tendons will have a degree of wear and tear if the horse is 17 anyway.

Maybe ask the vet for some more information about it.
