just a question to see how many of you believe in animal communicators..
ie still alive or passed.

I had one out to my horse a while ago just out of interest.

I was a bit sceptical but i have to say she was amazing! She told me all sorts of things about my horse which were spot on and she doesnt know him, he told her all about the horrible things that had happened to him before i had him (most of which i knew about, so knew she was right!)
It really was fascinating and i keep meaning to get her back to talk to my other horse, just havent got round to it.

Yes. I didn't before but she said things that were so spot on was amazed.
Think it's one of those things that people that don't believe shout a lot louder

I wouldnt think so much that we are actually communicating however, i have noticed that animals pick up on things that we answer to like..if they want a buiscut or something they'l scratch your leg e.t.c i feel that both us and animals can find out ways of teling one another what we want...or have pickd up on ways to react in order to get a reaction back if that makes any sense at all??!!lmao...hehe

No.

But I'm willing to be persuaded otherwise if one would care to do a free reading on my horse. God knows, there must be a wealth of material floating round in his head!

Any takers?

We have had 2 readings for our mare, and the first one was free
tongue.gif
And the readings were done by a photo....And the woman got the name of our other horses and we did NOT mention them, she told us where Dee had cut her head open,a dn explained it perfectly...She said that our field could be seen from our house....all sorts of things that unless you had visited our house you wouldn't know! So yes i believe

I had a reading done for my mare - by a photo - and the reading came back with lots of things that the communicator couldn't have known - she told me the colour of the lorry we parked next to at my mares first show, where I ride her, what kind of food I feed her, the rugs that she wears, and the bit I was using for her - so yes I do believe - but equally can understand entirely why people are sceptical.

I think if more of these animal communicators did their readings free of charge, then it would be easier to think that they were doing it to help rather than make a fast buck.

NingaNoodles one sounds interesting - like I say, I'm sceptical but open minded too!

A 'communicator' was talked about on here, and some people said she was very good, so I sent a photo and the fee (£20 I think) and waited for the response.

The 'reading' was wrong in every detail! I was disappointed, but perhaps I was foolish and gullible to have thought there was anything in it.

I can't say that I don't believe that there are some people who have knowledge for which there is no apparent explanation (sorry, double negative!), but I have had no personal proof of this.

I got one for my new horse. She told me things she couldn't have known like i had nearly fallen off him big time and his feelings on that ! Funny! How he had felt just chucked away by his previous owners but was happy now although found dressage dull but like jumping and also knew about a bit of lameness, a new saddle was hard and we went for a hack yesterday in a new bit!

Yes in a way

I do Reiki Treatment on horses and I do pick up on things although I wouldn't say I communicate with horses.

I recently did a treatment on a horse I had not seen before and I picked up that it was really sad and I was also very emotional during the treatment.

when the treatment ended the lady holding the horse asked why I was crying and then before I could answer said "is he sad because his owner's died".

I didn't know that information but I did pick up how sad he was.

She was local to me, a friend of a friend. She only does it occasionally, not for a living, only does it for people she knows really!

I had Julie Dicker out to my horse some years ago, she was excellent, very down to earth, and my horse was very different whilst she was with him, and also with me for a while after. If Julie was still with us, I would definitely be asking her to see my horses.

I don't see why not, I am open minded to be honest and don't see why people rule things out. Am the same with ghosts, other worlds 'out there' etc. I don't see how us (as a human race) can actually be so narrow minded to think "oh no that can't happen". Yes, i am sure there are many people out there who just want to make a fast buck but I wouldn't say that no, of course noone can communicate with animals just because I can't.

We all do it subconsciously anyway with out body language etc but I can believe that some people are more 'in tune' with their feelings than others. I would love someone to come out to mine to be honest but probably can't afford it. Would be really interested to see what and where it went wrong with my old pony - who made him into such a nervous wreck?!

If horses can't see colours, just shades, how did you mare know what colour the lorry next door was so that she could tell the communicator?

Sorry, just could not help myself

As someone who works with people with traumatic pasts, who has 'seen' other peoples memories, I just wish I could do it with horses. If I knew how I did with people I may be able to make a transferrable skill.

I've tried it. I was disappointed, however the lady was very pleasant and didn't charge for the initial communication and report. It was very sentimental and not at all specific. I'm sorry to say I was not sufficiently impressed to pay for her services. I do know a faith healer though who I have witnessed having an effect on more than one horse!

If anyone is interested, PM me, I have details of a few scientific papers that have tested animal communication. Several research institutes are getting more involved in independant and statistically valid studies on this subject. The results are fascinating.

Yes i do. A guy we have used who has been spot on so many times also is used by a well known animal welfare organisation to tune in and try and identify ongoing problems that vets havent been able to pick up and he has been right. He does dogs, horses not sure of other animals?!
i must say i would get someone to tune in first and see what they say. Although these people arent supposed to diagnose, they can identify the symptoms/problem areas and take it from there...

Yes, I have used communicators a few times now.

And why shouldn't people make a living from it? If they are good and can do what they say where is the problem in charging? They are providing a service, which people are willing to pay for.

The opinion that they should do it for free just because someone doesn't believe them seems nuts to me, it would mean that anyone that was able to help others, with massage, reiki, communication etc would be wrong to charge!!

My mother is a powerful healer, she has helped many people change their lives for the better - should she do it for free and starve???
