I had a reiki master out to mine, who was also a communicator. She was excellent. Had her out twice. Pretty amazing stuff. Had to see it to believe it really - describing what happened doesn't really convey the feelings & emotions you feel when you watch it.
ive been in touch with a fabulous communicator and had nothing but correct info on all my horses each time she has communicated with them. )even had her talk to me cat!)
I had a reading with my horse with Cooper Wilson. He told me some stuff about my horse that died that he couldnt have known and how she died in the field.. Also told me that my current horse would need wedge shoes, she did in Sept after being diagnosed with a tear in her DDFT, he told me that last Jan. I was sceptical at first but was quite impressed. Cost £25 and he has a website if your interested.
Mari I can personally recommend Margrit Coates - she is very good. If you are interested in this type of thing she has also written a really nice book called Healing for Horses. Answered a lot of questions regarding my old mare.
Just been on Magrit Coates website. Looks interesting but I am in north of England & she seems to just work in the south or overseas.
Haven't found Cooper Wilson website yet.
She often travels all over England so I wouldnt rule her out if you like her website. We are in Yorkshire and she linked us in with someone else so she came to the area to do a couple of readings.
Where abouts are you ? I have a friend who also does Bowen and Reiki I would be happy to put you in touch with her
A 'healer' lady was visiting one of the liveries at my yard on the day my new horse arrived last year, and she went into his stable to see him, and do a 'healing' for free as she was there anyway.
He did become very relaxed and chilled out, and she definately had a lovely calming way about her. She told me that he was a happy horse, and he was happy in his new surroundings.
I might give it a go if it wasn't expensive, but I don't think i believe in that sort of thing enough to spend a lot of money on it.
I'm in Lancashire. I'm quite open minded about alternative healing. (Not that my horse has an injury or anything I would just like to know why he does certain behaviours) Some months ago I tried alternative therapy for a long standing problem with my foot. What a difference! I wish I'd done it years ago.
ive had one done from photo via e-mails, amazing stuff but there are alot of fake ones about. Mine was spot on about the most intricate of details that theres no way she could have known, even stuff about me! which was quite scary lol. i now use her before calling the vet, cheaper! and shes always spot on! cant get my head around how its done, im stumped!
I'd like to give one a go, but I'm a terrible sceptic
I mean, I do believe that some people genuinely can communicate with animals, but I'm also aware that there are a lot of unscrupulous scammers out there as well.
I have used a lady in Scotland over the phone for 2 different horses. Both times she has helped 1 horse was for an illness the other was behaviour problems.
I would happily use her again but do believe that there are some good & some bad communicators out there.
Naturally on here might be able to help you out. I had a free one done which wasn't 'wrong' and there was one piece of info I can't explain how, but which was right and another which might, if I could remember the order in which they happened, have been right - or ic might have been added on after, when I confirmed something.
Nothing she said was way off the mark and she did seem to think one of mine didn't wish to say much til my name was mentioned, but then she pronounced it wrong, so I don't know. Would my horse know who she was on about?
She did do two very accurate and spontaneous injury reports which I was quite taken aback with.
Somebody else on here has had one recently - it's to do with jumping and was posted maybe yesterday? She was very pleased. Try looking for that.
Not sure I would want to pay up front, and would feel a bit mean listening and then declaring I didn't really believe what they said, so avoiding payment!
Yes - I use Isobel Hogton She is quite observant and can also do craniosacral stuff.
We also got her to see our pony when he was very depressed during his laminitis episode - and it made an immediate difference to him - he was much brighter, and much more engaged with what was going on around him than he had been - two visits and I think they were great value for money.
I'm Mr Sceptic...but Isobel is very good, even if I don;t fully understand what she does.
