Has anyone had a dealings with this company?
The reason I ask is that my DD didnt go through for my first payment with them, so i googled their contact details to rearrange payment, underneath the contact details in the google serch was a review site with one star and a highly negative comment. After sorting the dates out with anmal friends i clicked back and went on this site. Im now seriously worried ive chosen a extreamly bad company. Most were extreamly rude and said they dont pay up. One mentioned they were underwritten by E&L. However they were all for dogs/cats and most mentioned the main reason for non payout was "pre exsisting condition" As a yearling with absolutly no vet history (aside from routine jabs) they cant use this on me should I ever need to claim.
Currently my yearling is in her own paddock away from the rest, now the insurance is 3wks old and has full cover Im intending on turnng her out with the others. Now im wondering if i should cancel the insurance, get a new policy and wait another 3 weeks before turning her out. Trouble is there is no grass and she keeps jumping the fence to get out, im worried she will hurt herself whilst i wait for the new insurance to "kick in". Just to confirm she is currently healthy and sound. Id prefer it she stays that way but as a non working student I have no ability to pay the vet if my insurance is crap.
Stay, change, Any ideas?
