Can I just give a quick shout out to animal friends for their quick and efficient service (I think it was @Amymay Again ) who recommended them for my older dog, I had an email yesterday to say they had received my claim and another this morning to say it had been paid. There was an excess and co share of costs because of his age, but they didn't quibble the scan, which was really for my peace of mind so I knew for certain what we were dealing with.

I think they are fab, paid the vets direct within days, if you ring them they are incredibly helpful.

I've used them for 9 years for my dogs. Claimed some sizable amounts and now monthly Librella. Excellent no quibble service. I do copy on Moti as he is now 9 and his monthly payment is large but he has IVDD and arthritis and has had knee surgery. He has had no exclusions. They've covered his physio too.
