Has anyone who sent off samples recently had results?
Mine were delivered on 27 October and I’ve still not heard anything or had any response to my emails.
I’m assuming it’s a real company and I haven’t just given a ransomer £30?

Real company but they ship samples to the US

i used them for a colour test, took a couple of weeks but i got them. They do have a tracker so you can see where abouts they are with the results

I found them a pain to get hold of last year, apparently they went on holiday but didn’t post anything on their website.

I was about to send off to this co but haven't yet, so I'm interested to see what response you get. There are other companies that offer this service so if AG are a pain, I will be going elsewhere.

For something that they only charge £30 for that sounds like a lot of hassle and expense. Their profit can’t be much.

Have you tried ringing? I sent 3 emails, ended up calling and managed to speak to someone. My result took 4 weeks but they advise 5 days

No but I’m working from home tomorrow so will have some office hours time. I’ll try that.
I’m 99.9% certain it’ll be negative now though.

Going back a few years I sent samples off for an old horse to animal genetics, deffo a real company

I've used them before and they always send an email to say they have received the sample and to expect the results within 6-10 days.
