animal portraits...?

I had a portrait done on my two ponies by a lady who is based in Scotland - Initial KLM and I remember she was learning to drive when I asked her to do a picture of my mum's red spaniel. Think she was based in East Lothian.
I am wondering if anyone knows who this might be - I have been ploughing through the internet but just can not find her. She used to advertise a couple of times in Your Horse.
If anyone knows can they message me - or can you recommend a good pastel/charcoal artist who is not too expensive..?

A lady called Belinda Walker did my parent's dog and my horse, she is based in Wilts/Hants. She was just starting out last year and not expensive at all IMHO
