OMG, how awful!!
That poor elephant! Some people are evil, just pure evil. I hope one day she can get her own back. That is no life for an animal big or small.
The little ponies in the background look scared. How do they get them to perfom in the circus when they treat them like this. Really upsetting. They need to be stopped.

Police have launched an enquiry.
Bloomin right too! These sort of horrific abuses should be investigated by police imo.:(
Like Conklin dairy farms abuse in Ohio USA which has resulted in a prosecution but sadly very lenient.

Humans beat and hit animals every day.

I watched some of the video and i was too upset to watch the rest. Pity the poor old girl, she has no hope at moving out the way, shacked to the floor, she cant even move out of the way and cant even see where the next blow will come from. Those poor ponies too - but at least they were able sometimes to run away and the larma that was spat at.

I wish everyone who has any heart would log onto the ADI site and do what they ask ie write letters and donate a few quid - I also wish everyone would phone the rspca and ask them what they are going to do (simple answer is nothing but we I am sure they will use it for a bit more publicity and get a few more quid off the softies that think they ACTUALLY CARE about animals) and protest and boycott that evil mans circus.

God bless you Anne - I know who is the animal and it certainly isnt you

I couldn't face the video but, just from reading the reports and the pictures I've seen, my heart bleeds for her. Poor old girl, people can be so blurdy wicked! I really hope that prosecutions follow in this case and that the right thing is done by this special creature asap.

That is one of the saddest things I've ever seen. That poor poor creature. :o(

Surely, under the 'Animal Act' the RSPCA/police can go in and remove her? I don't understand why not. Cats/dogs/horses are removed for lesser 'crimes' against them (and quite rightly so)
