We live on some land which we rent from the farmer, the son has THREE LARGE dogs next door. These dogs are always in our garden, i have made the mistake of leaving the dutbin out in the morning whilst making breakfast too take out to the wheelie bin a few times and (like this morning/) the dogs come in and RANSACK EVERYTHING and leave a huge mess all over the garden, then they proceed to s**t everywhere and pee up the bike and car/kids toys :mad::mad: its not nice walking across your lawn after picking up after these dogs then walking in their s**t, whole reason we do NOT have a dog :mad:
Am furious. They know the dogs come round as i have mentioned it before, but i need to go again, OH doesn't want me too as wants no trouble, and would go mad if i did, but we pay a hell of a lot to live here so why should we put up with this???
No amount of shouting at the dogs or banging on the window helps, they just carry on regardless!!
What would you do??

I'd leave the mess and ask the dog owner to come and look at what there dogs do when they are without supervision and I'd ask for them to prevent it happening again.

I'd be well peeved as well, the dogs obviously aren't under control.

I take it you can't secure your garden and prevent them from getting in?

I agree with welshie , ask if they would mind popping round - they aren't likely to refuse as i expect they wouldn't want to appear rude , then let them see for themselves , you need to tell them that s**t in your garden is a major health risk for the kids - it's their responsibility to keep their dogs under control - don't feel bad about it , just talk to them.

Just an after thought , if they don't stop them , we found that those really big water pistols soon get them running!
