well i am so annoyed, i had to wait a week for my first order, then i got the rug and it was too small even though they said the rugs fit correctly to sizes, so i sent it back first class so i could get the larger size back by the w/e for my event, this cost me quite a bit. Then i thought well ill have to pay the p&p anyway so i might as well order something else so i ordered the boots in the sale. Then they told me the rugs were coming in tomorrow, so it wouldnt be here by the w/e, so i said could they send out the boots for free(so i didnt have to pay 2 lots of p&p) and they said no, and now they havnt emailed me back. hmph. im v annoyed!soz long rant!

I think they are prob being swamped by orders, as always had really good service and never heard of them til HHO member said they were good - do you think we have promoted them too well on this site and they can't cope!!!
 
ooh i take it back, they have just emailed me saying they are going to send out the boots free of charge today. I am back to liking them again!

yes i found them to be really good. ordered a few things last thursday and they came friday morning. the rug i got was a size smaller cos i have been told their rugs are big sizes and it fits my mare perfectley
 
I've had loads from them & everything has arrived within 24 hours, even in the week leading upo to Christmas. I've found them extremely helpful & their service has been fantastic. I think that every company can have the occasional hiccup, but it rarely happens with them

ha i was just the unlucky one in a million person!(even though it has been rectified!)
 
Used them for the first time this week. Had a phone call at 9am the morning after I ordered to say I had keyed in my CC number incorrectly - everything rectified over the phone in a fantastic manner and the order arrived this morning, 24 hours after I spoke to them. Cannot complain at all!
