Well my (not so) little lad has done it again 
today we had a CR competition at our yard. Lordie jumped his first course and his first double and planks, We had a few uh oh moments at the doubles but once he had been round once and sussed things out his was flying really carrying on into the fences, he got more confident as the rounds went by (only done 3)
Ended up jumping a course of about 2'3" which I know is small but it's a big achievement for him, things are looking good for his first show next week
