Look another.... what was the excuse this time!!! he was an RSPCA inspector!!! says it all really

Very, very sad, the fact that the gentleman involved is not going to be prosecuted makes me think perhaps ill health, or perhaps mental health problems. The fact he was an RSPCA market inspector wouyld suggest that he knew animal welfare law, however does not mean he knows what he is doing with horses.

It says that the cost of over 30 horses was 120k, so does that mean he still has others left with him?

Also how come they left them there for 8 months... offering help??? Didnt bloody help the one that dies did it!

Thats really sick, i was going to send the Bl**** rspca an email to say how disgusting i think it is that he will not be prosecuted or banned, he could do it again!! They dont HAVE an email adsress, why not, cant they handle all the complaints????????
