Another BE balloting question.

Which event am I more likely to get into, in your opinion?
Its my first BE event so I really want to go, but don't want to use my super ballot stickers yet as it isn't THAT important...

Solihull (only doing Intro and PN)- April 13th
Sapey (Intro- Novice)- April 15th-16th

Would rather go to Solihull as closer, but I just want a run so wondered which you think I will most likely be able to get in? I would use a ballot sticker but after looking at some posts on here, they don't seem to be very effective

Will be my first BE event (only doing intro for my first one).

Don't you get a super ballot every month?

When the entries open have a look at how many have entered and perhaps enter the one with the least. Hopefully once the season has got going a bit there won't be so many entries and your ballot sticker should guarantee you a place. Good Luck

No, you only get 2 super ballots a year, and a normal ballot every month.

thats very exciting and i am sorry i cant help as i sadly live miles away from either of those events...but go with wat someone else said and look at how many other people are entering!
presumably you have to start at intro anyway as you are a junior???

The BE magazine should say if anyone was balloted from either last year, giving you can idea of the event's popularity. From personal experience, Sapey in the spring tends to be very popular, so I would place a sticker on that.

Other than that, it can help if your friends with the organisers

What events do you want to do for the rest of the season? If you are planning events such as Salperton, Withington and Barbury. These will probably need super stickers. I would just stick a sticker on the one you want to go to the most.

I have never known SW quite so nuts at this time of year and never bother with a sticker normally.

We are using Solihull as our first run (as is a friend of mine) so thats 2 entries...! SOrry i cant help. I guess you can only hope you get in... Solihull may take more as they are only running the 2 classes??????? i dont know really i am just guessing!

ETS woops just realised they are only running one day... hmm sorry i really dont know!
