Of towing with one horse ?

Anyone towed with this kind of car before ?

My Disco is out of action for awhile until Hubbie can get it back on the road, The MOT is up in it and hubbie decided to break the drivers side window whilst cutting the garden (disco was sitting in the drive and stone hit the window = crack ! ) So until Hubbie gets back on his feet again he can't get it ready for mot . So have just the 2 local shows to go to with madam and wondering if the car would be ok to tow with ?? .

I think it would be illegal unless you have a single horse trailer or a downrated double. The Maximum Axel Mass (MAM) of the trailer (that is the maximum weight the trailer can legally be fully loaded) must be lower than the towing vehicles maximum towing capicity. Doesn't matter what is actually in the trailer - it could be empty and still illegal. So your insurance would prob be invalid. Sorry!
