Another" cant sell my lorry thread

Feeling sorry for myself, nobody is responding to my ads for my lorry.
I need to sell by sunday as i have another one ariving, and other half not talking to me.
I have it on adtrader, gumtree, horsedates, and horsedeals.
i know its geting old but is a nice solid coach built box, good box for first one:(

It just seems that people are not wanting to stretch thier cash at the moment ! It is not looking hopeful for Sunday !! Eeeek I would be in the bad books too

....that said if you would like to give it away I will start the q :-)
 
We had the opposite problem.
The plan was for me to build a 3.5t replacement for our 7.5t before selling it.
Three people at the yard got wind that we were selling (before I'd even found a chassis to convert), got together and bought it between them.
OH has been without lorry for 2 months now and not happy but couldn't turn down full asking price offer. :(

Review your adverts - did you take the best pictures? If you were reading the advert would it make you pic up the phone?

Have you included all details? Unladen weight, history, servicing etc?

Good points
- outside pictures are ok

Bad points
- not a single photo of interior - assume cab is trashed, horse area is manky and tack area dodgy
- ADVERT IN CAPS - horrible
- no mention of servicing
- no mention of history
- no internal measurements
- no unladen weight - looks heavy are you sure its 3.5t?

Also putting "must sell" makes this one sound desperate!
 
Also add details on driving it - heavy or light, steering, in your oprinion good for a woman, light clutch etc etc

Anything positive that would encourage buyers
 
Thanks, still no buyers so looks like i will put it in the next sale at ***** farm.
Other half cant moan its blocking up the drive ( he might start talking to me again):D
 
Dont worry, having a nightmare with my lorry as well :( I was told I could drive it and now I cant, I feel like pushing the bl**dy thing off a cliff. xxx
