Sorry I don't know about conformation! But he's lovely But I'm biased.. love connies!! 
He looks quite chunky for a connie in the 2nd pic but maybe i've just come across quite light ones!
ETS.. that might be a load of rubbish, I'm by no means an expert on the breed :S

I've seen chunkier Connies though and have always thought he was on the slimmer side - shows what I know!

No you're probably right!! What height is he by the way?
My last Connie was 13.2hh and really slim and my current one is 14.1hh and she's a bit chunkier so maybe the bigger they are, the chunkier? Oh dear I'm confused now! hehe

He's about 14hh -14.1hh but haven't had him measured; maybe they do get chunkier? Who knows! Haha
