Another cost of Pergolide thead!

I'VE JUST LOOKED AT HYPERDRUG AND IT'S £157.79 FOR 160 which works out at .99p per 1mg
You all need to check your scources because I think it's going up rapidly.
Just going to check out vet-medic.com......

Thanks very much everyone - dont know why I didnt try Hyperdrug 1st, I've got wormers etc from them for years.
Pergolide is about same price as Prascend now by the looks of these prices so I bet they'll phase Pergo out soon.
It was only summer when I was getting Pergo for £44/100, then up to £55, then £68/100 for the last 200 I bought and today, same place quoted £113/100. It's daylight robbery by the drug companies IMO, just leeching as much money from pet owners as they can

why cant we get pergolide ? seems everyone else can still get it....i didnt think the vet could dish it out anymore??

Do you guys all have to pay for a prescription from your vet to get your pergolide on line? I am sure i worked it out a few months ago and by time i paid for the prescription i wasnt really saving anything.

Have just ordered 160 tablets from Vet-Medic this morning (83p each, free postage). Even with the £9 prescription that is still cheaper than buying from my vet although they were very surprised when I told them that at £1 per tablet they were cheaper than some on-line sites!

CHEAPEST YET, HEALTHCOUNTER.COM - £53/100:QUOTE]

Just found a big drawback to Healthcounter, I posted my script on Monday, they rang today to say they had had my script for two days but they were only just going to despatch it today!
On the confirmation e-mail the estimated delivery date is 16th February!!

I ran out of tablets today so I will have to borrow someone's until it arrives.

Other online pharmacies I have dealt with have got my drugs to me within a few days.
O well, lesson learnt, I'll try someone else next time:mad:

Maybe I was a little hasty here, the Pergo arrived today, :o
although thankfully my OH was here to sign for it, otherwise it would have been Monday before I could get to the sorting office to collect it.
:o
