No prison - the poor child is scarred for life and there is no mention the dog was put down.How would the judge feel if it was his daughter ?

what i find stupid is that someone has a big powerful dog in a harness, no wonder he couldnt stop it, but also the report said the dog was malnourished so although i feel very sorry for the child i also feel sorry for the dog who possibly has had a bad life and yes the judge has said the dog is to be destroyed in that article. the owner should also be banned for keeping dogs as he cant control them and seemingly doesnt look after them properly
